This package includes:
- Greet and direct guests to event areas
- Supervise the chef, banquet captain and catering staff to ensure quality and timely dinner service
- Participate in rehearsal practice
- Supervise gift handling
- Visit event site(s) prior to date
- Provide wedding party with itinerary
- Create floor plan and venue set up
- Manage event timeline
- Coordinate and monitor vendors before, during, and after the event (up to 8 hours)
