Our Full-Service Event Package comes along with all the aspects of your event needs. This will include budgets, time lines, the logistics, vendor selections, and the overall design. This package also comes with the Day-Of Coordination Package. LA Event Planners will handle all of the details both big and small.
This package includes:
- Help in finding a venue that meets your needs and expectations
- Vendor/product research to find what you are looking for and obtain competitive bids
- Vendor selection, contract negotiation and monitoring
- Caterer and banquet manager coordination to ensure timely service
- Registry support and website creation
- Oversee and manage time lines and deadlines
- Manage the event timeline
- Schedule vendor meetings
- Consult on floral arrangement and design
- Track deposits and monitor when final payments are due and are paid
- Liaise between vendors and client
- Hold monthly client meetings, to become weekly one-month prior to the event
- Arrange hotel accommodations for out of town guests
- Create floor plan to set up for venue and set up needed logistics
