The Monthly Planning Package begins 6-8 months before the event and is for the hosts planning their event themselves, but need a little extra help pulling it all together so all goes according to plan. This package also comes with the Day-Of Coordination Package. It includes all of the following services:

- Two event managers provided for the event day to insure all goes as planned
- Manage event timeline
- Finalize vendor meetings to review all details and plan the event timeline
- Final meeting at venue to review details and timeline
- Supervise arrival of vendors
- Disperse final checks and gratuities to vendors
- Arrange place cards, table cards, and favors
- Oversee rental set up
