The Monthly Planning Package begins 6-8 months before the wedding and is for the couple planning their wedding themselves, but need a little extra help pulling it all together so all goes according to plan. This package also comes with the Day-Of Coordination Package. It includes all of the following services:
Lauren Ashley will be there from the time you walk in the door to the time you exit to ensure all falls into place as planned.
- Two event managers provided for the wedding day to ensure all goes as planned
- Manage wedding timeline
- Finalize vendor meetings to review all details and plan the wedding timeline
- Final meeting at venue to review details and timeline
- Disperse final checks and gratuities to vendors
- Arrange place cards, table cards and favors
- Oversee rental set up
