It's the day of your wedding, and you want to make sure everything simply goes as plan. Our Day-Of Coordination Package assures that guests will be in place, food and floral are perfect, and the venue awaits the beautiful bride. This package includes:
30-Day of Planning just to ensure you have all you required for your big day. Also during this time we will get familiar with all your vendor contracts.
Lauren Ashley will be there from the time you walk in the door to the time you exit to ensure all falls into place as planned.
- Greet and direct guests to ceremony and reception areasSupervise the chef, banquet captain and catering staff to ensure quality and timely dinner service
- Visit both ceremony and reception site(s) prior to wedding
- Provide wedding party with itinerary
- Create floor plan and venue set up
- Manage wedding timeline
- Coordinate and monitor vendors before, during, and after the event
