Our Full-Service Wedding Package comes along with all the aspects of your wedding needs. This will include budgets, time lines, the logistics, vendor selections, and the overall design. This package also comes with the Day-Of Coordination Package. LA Weddings will handle all of the details both big and small.
Lauren Ashley will be there from the time you walk in the door to the time you exit. This is to ensure all falls into place as planned.
- We design, plan, and coordinate the venue decor, tables, and portrait areas within specified colors & themeWe share preferred vendor; photographer, videographer, DJ, stylist and caterer recommendations.
- We will hold monthly client meetings, to become weekly one-month prior to the wedding (in person and/or digital)
- We track deposit and monitor when final payments are due and paid with master spreadsheet
- Includes Monthly Planning and Day-of Coordination
Design & Planning
- Source rentals, decor, and floral arrangements for designing the wedding venueConsult on floral arrangement, design, and florist recomendations
- Finalize floor plan to set up for venue and set up needed logistics

Venue & Vendor Support
- Help in finding a venue that meets your needs and expectationsVendor/product research to find what you are looking for and obtain competitive bids
- Vendor selection, contract negotiation and monitoring
- Caterer and banquet manager coordination to insure timely service
Tracking & Management
- Coordinate with wedding rehearsalsSchedule vendor meetings
